Alan Dawson

Lawyer/Chairman of Sintons LLP since 2013

I have over 40 years of private client legal experience having been a partner at Sintons LLP since 1988 and having been Chairman since 2013. I am a Trustee of a number of family settlements and foundations.

 

In my spare time I am actively involved in my local rugby club where I also assist the Management Committee and enjoy walking my border collie dogs.

David Elliott FCA

I qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990, and I am currently Chief Financial Officer at Malhotra Group PLC.

 

Prior to joining Malhotra Group, I worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 18 years, and then spent 13 years as a partner at KPMG, including 4 years as Office Senior Partner in KPMG’s Newcastle office prior to retiring.

 

Outside of work I am a keen (but not very good) golfer, and enjoy travelling.

David Weldon

I recently retired from Malhotra Group PLC after 15 years as Financial Controller. Prior to this I worked for Barclays Bank for 30 years in a variety of roles mostly in the corporate division.

 

My interests include golf and cycling and I am a trustee of my local community cricket club.

Rajiv Vadhera

I completed my Graduation in Commerce in India in 1995 and moved to the UK in 2002. I have managed a large portfolio of Estates Management and worked on the development of multi-million-pound construction projects in the Residential Care Home, Student Accommodation and Hotel sectors.

 

I am an active member at the Hindu Temple Newcastle and have completed the Great North Run 7 times and raised over £10k for local charities in the North-East of England.
